After two decades in corporate marketing, Barrington resident Chris Czachor has shifted his focus toward a new venture. He recently launched TruBlue of Chicagoland North, a business dedicated to helping seniors age in place through home safety modifications and repair services.
Czachor cites a desire to provide tangible community support as the primary driver behind his career change. He now works as a certified aging-in-place specialist, performing home assessments and structural installations like handrails to reduce fall risks. He notes that bathrooms and garages are common areas where seniors face mobility challenges during the winter months.
His services are currently available to residents across several suburbs including Barrington, Libertyville, Palatine, and Arlington Heights. By providing a clear roadmap for home maintenance, Czachor aims to keep seniors safe in their own residences for as long as possible.
