Naftaly Gluskin joins Vine Ventures as Principal

Vine Ventures has appointed Naftaly Gluskin as a Principal to its investment team. Gluskin moves to this position from Essentia VC, where he managed investments in companies such as Classiq, Ramon.Space, and Seemplicity. His new role focuses on early-stage opportunities within infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data, and defense sectors.

Prior to his time in the venture capital sector, Gluskin held roles at Philips Israel, the Aviram Award Competition, and Summit-AI. These positions helped him develop experience in business development and corporate strategy. He is also a veteran of the IDF’s elite Duvdevan unit, bringing a specific perspective on operational security to his investment work.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Gluskin remains active in the Israeli startup scene. He co-founded the 28 Community, which connects elite combat-unit veterans to the technology industry. He also serves as Vice-Chairman of the VC Club, a nonprofit organization that operates across six university campuses to train new investors and entrepreneurs.

Vine Ventures continues to expand its footprint with this addition, following the recent hires of partners Adam Valkin and Idan Tendler. The firm operates out of New York, Tel Aviv, and San Francisco, managing assets across two dedicated funds. Gluskin’s appointment marks a continued push to support the growth of early-stage startups in the region.
