ALICO extends John Kiernan employment, grants performance-based RSUs
Alico, Inc. has extended the employment agreement for President and Chief Executive Officer John Kiernan. The new contract secures his leadership through September 30, 2030.
As part of the updated compensation structure effective July 14, 2026, Kiernan will receive a base salary of $550,000 for the first year. This base salary is scheduled to increase by $25,000 annually until it reaches a cap of $650,000.
Beyond the base compensation, the package includes an annual discretionary bonus with a maximum limit of $250,000. Kiernan is also eligible for real estate incentive bonuses. These bonuses consist of at least 75 percent cash, with the remaining portion available as performance-based restricted stock units.
The company confirmed these details in a recent filing, signaling long-term stability for the executive office. The adjustments align executive compensation with performance benchmarks over the next four years.
