Extell Development has released the latest architectural rendering for its 25-story project at 37 West 66th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The building will stand 355 feet tall and offer 384,962 square feet of space. This development includes 158 condominium units alongside a substantial 192,481 square feet of commercial space, replacing a former section of the ABC studio complex.

The tower design by Stephen B. Jacobs Group features a rectangular massing with corner balconies and stepped setbacks. The upper levels transition into an Art Deco style crown. Warm limestone cladding covers the exterior, framing a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows. The base includes specific architectural detailing on ventilation grills and spandrels that matches the ornamentation seen at the top of the tower.

Work at the site is currently underway with excavation and piling machines active in the lot. The building sits between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue. It will stand near the site of another upcoming supertall residential project planned for 77 West 66th Street.

Future residents will find the location within walking distance of both Lincoln Center and Central Park. The project is situated near the 66th Street subway station, providing access to the 1 train line. Current construction schedules point to a completion date in December 2029.
