AMC+ and Crave have officially released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming supernatural mystery series Yaga. This Canadian production stems from the original 2019 stage play written by creator Kat Sandler.

The story takes place in a small coastal town where a private detective named Rapp, played by Noah Reid, looks into the disappearance of Henry Park, an heir to a local fishery. The case becomes increasingly complex as Rapp works alongside another detective, Carson, played by Clark Backo. The investigation reveals layers of secrets involving enigmatic town figures and ancient magic.

Carrie-Ann Moss also stars as Katherine, a university professor with a specific interest in younger men who becomes central to the mystery. The series was filmed in Victoria, British Columbia, under the direction of David Frazee and Rachel Talalay.

Following its debut, Yaga is set for an international release across several platforms. Viewers in the United Kingdom and Ireland can watch it on Sky, while audiences in the rest of Europe can access the series on HBO Max. Domestic viewers in the United States will find the show on AMC+, with release plans also confirmed for Foxtel in Australia and Sky in New Zealand.
