Tyler Duckworth, a reality television personality known for his appearances on MTV’s The Challenge and The Real World, has died at 44. Local authorities in North Dakota confirmed they discovered the star dead in his Grand Forks home on Tuesday following a request for a welfare check. The cause of death remains under investigation.
Duckworth began his time in the public eye in 2006 as a cast member on The Real World: Key West. He subsequently built a reputation as a competitor on The Challenge, appearing on four seasons of the flagship series between 2006 and 2011. He emerged victorious in two of those four seasons, cementing his status as a notable figure within the show's history.
