Fremont, California, secured the top spot on the list for 2026. Bismarck, North Dakota, followed in second place, while Scottsdale, Arizona, took the third position. South Burlington, Vermont, and Fargo, North Dakota, rounded out the top five. Other cities including Madison, Wisconsin, Portland, Maine, and Columbia, Maryland, also appeared high in the rankings.
