Black bear opens office door, casually walks inside

An unexpected visitor turned a routine afternoon into a memorable experience for the team at the Crestline Village Water District in the San Bernardino Mountains. Surveillance cameras captured the moment a black bear approached the office door, pushed it open, and stepped inside to investigate the building.

The animal spent a short amount of time sniffing around the premises while the office staff kept a safe distance. Employees described the encounter as both scary and exciting, as it is rare to see a bear at such close range.

Fortunately, no customers were in the office during the intrusion. The bear eventually made its way back to the door, pushed it open once more, and headed back into the woods on its own. Local staff confirmed that everyone remained safe throughout the brief incident.
