Monty Tipton set for NASCAR Truck Series debut at Indianapolis Raceway Park

Monty Tipton is set to make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut this Friday night at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Tipton will pilot the No. 22 Bare Bones Ford F-150 for Team Reaume, marking a significant milestone in his professional racing progression.

The California-born driver brings a solid background in karting and Late Model racing to the national stage. In 2023, he finished third in the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series standings in Nevada, where he recorded 13 top 10 finishes in 15 starts. His transition into the ARCA Menards Series has provided the necessary experience to handle the unique challenges of the 0.686-mile Indianapolis short track.

Team Reaume owner Josh Reaume noted that Tipton has shown steady development as a driver, making him a candidate for this opportunity.
