A 19-year-old Howland man is facing serious legal charges following a Trumbull County grand jury indictment. Vincent M. Milone has been charged with 17 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, along with three counts related to the illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented performance.
Police records indicate the case against Milone started in November after authorities received a tip from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. He was arrested by local officers on June 3. Following his initial arraignment in Warren Municipal Court, he was released after posting a $350,000 bond.
Court records state the terms of his bond include electronically monitored house arrest. Additionally, the court has prohibited him from using social media while the case proceeds through the legal system.
Milone is scheduled for an arraignment in common pleas court on August 11. He will appear before Judge Sarah Thomas Kovoor as the prosecution of these charges moves forward.
