GoNetspeed is bringing fiber internet to Old Bridge with a new $3.5 million private investment. The company plans to start construction in the spring of 2027 to connect thousands of local homes and businesses to their high-speed network.
This project represents a portion of the $110 million that GoNetspeed has committed to expanding internet access across New Jersey. Residents can expect service options with speeds reaching up to 6 Gbps. This infrastructure update aims to provide more options for streaming, remote work, and other data-heavy tasks in the region.
GoNetspeed serves customers across 11 states and has maintained a rapid pace of growth through its partnership with Oak Hill Capital. Construction in Old Bridge follows similar expansions in other parts of the state including Rahway, Parlin, and East Brunswick.
Local residents and business owners can track construction progress and check service availability through the company website. The initial connections for the Old Bridge area are expected to go live by the summer of 2027.
