Reader Feedback Wanted: Thoughts on Our New Article Format
The team at Road to VR is currently evaluating how to provide the most value to our readers. Over the last few months, we tested a new structure for our articles to help separate basic facts from industry analysis. Our goal has always been to provide enough context so readers understand both the news and the significance behind it. With nearly 26 years of combined experience in the XR sector, we want to ensure our output remains useful.
Historically, our articles wove background context directly into every paragraph. While this approach provided detail, it often resulted in dense blocks of text. We recently began experimenting with clear headers to distinguish the news from our perspective. You may have noticed the inclusion of The News and My Take sections in our recent coverage.
In The News, we present factual information from official sources without filler. In My Take, we step back to explain why a development matters through the lens of our industry experience. This transition also allows our writers to express individual insights rather than relying on a collective publication voice.
We want to know if you notice these changes and how you feel about the current layout. Your perspective helps us decide how to present information moving forward. Whether you find the separation useful or prefer the previous integrated style, your input is valuable to our editorial team.
Please share your thoughts in the comments section or reach out to us at our dedicated feedback email address. We monitor all responses as we determine the future direction of our site layout.
