An 18-year-old man, who attended the school, carried out the assault. Three other individuals sustained injuries during the attack. Two of the victims are boys, aged 12 and 17, who remain in serious condition. A third person, also under 18, suffered minor injuries and has already received medical discharge from a local hospital.
Police intervened during the crisis, firing shots at the scene. They stated that the suspect was not struck by the gunfire.
