Serafina Lalany is featured in the 2026 Forty Under 40 class for her work as Executive Director of StartupNWA. Her path to the startup world began after she left medical school to pursue a career in business. After working in Texas, she moved to Northwest Arkansas with her husband to support his startup. She spent her initial months in the region building a network of local founders and investors.
