The Kenosha Innovation Center continues to grow its professional roster with the addition of Upload Partners. This creative marketing firm, established in 2019, provides a wide array of services including live streaming, photography, and remote production. By moving into the 64,000-square-foot facility, the company gains a central position within the regional business ecosystem.
The Innovation Center stands as the anchor for the Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood. This project occupies the former site of the American Motors Corp. and Chrysler engine manufacturing plant. The space is specifically designed to provide flexible office arrangements, coworking opportunities, and resources for both startups and established businesses.
Kelly Armstrong, president of Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood Inc., noted that Upload Partners is the type of company the project aims to attract. The organization values the ability of the firm to help others build brands and connect with audiences. Upload Partners joins a list of established tenants including M3 Insurance, Carthage College, and various ventures that currently call the center home.
This expansion marks another milestone for the redevelopment of the 107-acre site. The area represents a significant shift from its industrial past, aiming to host a hub for innovation in Southeast Wisconsin. As more businesses relocate to the facility, the center solidifies its status as a primary location for economic activity in the region.
