Greeley-Evans schools hope to beef up staff at employment fair Wednesday
Greeley-Evans School District 6 is hosting an employment fair this Wednesday to fill various open positions across the district. The event is scheduled to take place at the Evans Community Complex from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
District 6 currently maintains a staff of roughly 3,080 employees and is seeking to add personnel in several key areas. Available roles include custodial staff, nutrition services, transportation, and various support positions. Specifically, the district is hiring for special education paraprofessionals, instructional assistants, preschool assistants, and health clerks. They are also looking for parent-family and student advocates along with registered behavior technicians.
Attendees at the fair can receive assistance with their job applications on-site. The district also plans to conduct live interviews for certain positions and offer immediate employment onboarding for successful candidates. This effort is aimed at bolstering staffing levels before the upcoming school year.
The Evans Community Complex is located at 1100 37th St in Evans. Interested applicants should bring necessary documents to streamline the application and interview process. The district invites all qualified individuals to attend.
