New art gallery now open in Bedford

A new venue for regional art is now open in Bedford. The Peaks of Otter Artisans Gallery held its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony this past weekend, establishing a permanent space for local creators at Gross' Orchard.

The gallery serves as a destination for visitors to view and purchase a range of original works. The collection includes various media, with a specific emphasis on local paintings and handcrafted pottery.

Operations are currently set for a consistent weekly schedule. The gallery is open to the public on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with doors opening at 9:30 a.m. and closing at 5:30 p.m. This opening adds a creative footprint to the existing activity at the orchard location.
