Gracie Abrams Earns First No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 With ‘Daughter From Hell’

Gracie Abrams has secured the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart with her third studio album, Daughter From Hell. This achievement marks her first number one record on the chart. The project earned 124,000 equivalent album units in the United States during the tracking week ending July 23. This figure represents the largest sales week for the singer-songwriter to date.

Of those total units, 77,000 came from pure album sales. The remaining units consist of streaming equivalent albums and track equivalent albums. Her previous release, The Secret of Us, reached the number two position in 2024. The new album rollout included ten distinct vinyl variants and several signed editions to drive engagement among fans.

This week also saw a notable return for BTS, whose album Arirang climbed back into the top ten at number nine. This rise follows the release of a new vinyl picture disc and promotional efforts surrounding the group's recent performance at the FIFA World Cup final halftime show. Other top ten entries feature titles from Olivia Rodrigo, Morgan Wallen, and Ella Langley.
