Fitness Factory is growing its footprint in New Jersey with two new locations on the way. The gym chain confirmed plans for upcoming sites in Princeton at 301 N. Harrison St. and in Holmdel at 2101 Route 35.
These additions will increase the company’s reach in the state, where it already manages 16 locations. Existing facilities serve residents in cities such as Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and Teaneck. Beyond its New Jersey presence, the club also operates two locations in New York City.
The fitness centers focus on functional training layouts. Members access stations designed for bodyweight and strength exercises, allowing for movement between different workout areas. Certified trainers provide oversight, and the facilities offer tools like InBody scale body composition analysis and nutrition support to track progress. Members also integrate their routines with the Trainerize app.
With these two locations marked as coming soon, the company maintains its strategy of placing training-focused gyms in accessible community hubs. The expansion represents a continuation of the brand's growth within the competitive New Jersey fitness market.
