Garmin has launched the CIRQA Smart Band, a new health and fitness tracker designed for users who want continuous data monitoring without a screen. This device focuses on a low-profile aesthetic, using a fabric band that sits comfortably on the wrist or arm. It tracks essential health metrics such as heart rate, skin temperature, stress levels, Pulse Ox, and Body Battery energy monitoring.

The hardware handles tracking automatically, covering over 80 different activities. Users access their data through the Garmin Connect app. For cyclists, the device links to Edge cycling computers to display real-time heart rate data during rides. Other features include sleep staging, nap detection, and recovery insights. The device also supports LiveTrack for real-time location sharing when paired with a smartphone.

There is no monthly subscription fee required to view the core health metrics. The device is available for $199.99, while the optional arm band accessory retails for $59.99. The CIRQA Smart Band comes in seven colors, including Citron Gray, Mauve, and Captain Blue. It is currently available for purchase directly through the Garmin website.
