Sculptd Studio has officially opened in Idaho Falls, bringing a new approach to fitness that incorporates infrared light technology into traditional strength and conditioning classes. Located at 2247 East 17th Street, the business is owned by Neesha and Tyler Burton, who designed the space to assist with recovery, mobility, and stress relief.

The studio utilizes overhead infrared panels to warm the body directly during exercise. According to the owners, this method provides a deeper heat than standard room temperatures, which assists in muscle recovery and detoxification. The facility offers four main class types, including strength-focused sessions, Pilates-inspired routines, and dedicated mobility work.

Neesha Burton developed these routines to target specific physical results. Each session lasts 45 minutes, with instructors actively performing the movements alongside participants. This coaching style is intended to demonstrate that the exercises are accessible to everyone, regardless of their current fitness level.

Memberships are available for local residents, with a introductory offer of three classes for $35. Single drop-in sessions are also an option for those looking to experience the infrared environment. The studio operates on a scheduled class basis throughout the week with a closure on Sundays. This new addition to the local fitness community aims to provide a high-energy environment that encourages consistent participation.
