If you can complete all 15 with good form but find the final few difficult, you have selected the right weight. Once that effort feels easy, you should increase the weight or the number of repetitions to ensure you keep challenging your muscles and bones.

Beginners can start with movements that mimic daily life or target major muscle groups. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, pushups, and the farmer’s carry are excellent for loading the skeleton properly.
