Owner Aaron Dahan, a Ramaz graduate, established the brand in 2018. Following the events of October 7, Dahan transformed his original shop into a site of support and advocacy. This café operates under the certification of Vaad Kashrus Mehadrin. It is open Sunday through Friday, with a closure on Saturdays for Shabbat.
