HBCU alum Rajah Caruth enters crunch time in NASCAR playoffs

Winston-Salem State graduate Rajah Caruth faces a high-stakes challenge as the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series approaches its postseason cutoff. With only two races left in the regular season, Caruth sits in 14th place in the championship standings. He currently trails the final playoff spot by 20 points, putting him in a position where every position gained on the track matters for his championship eligibility.

Throughout the current season, Caruth has displayed consistent performance. He has recorded seven top-10 finishes and led 76 laps across 22 starts.
