Four-star quarterback Brady Edmunds has confirmed his commitment to Ohio State. The Huntington Beach standout, who has been a staple of the Buckeyes' 2027 recruiting class since late 2024, recently weighed a potential transfer of his pledge to UCLA. Despite interest from the Bruins during a period of uncertainty this spring, Edmunds stated that his ties to Ohio State remain firm.

Edmunds expressed that his desire to attend Ohio State dates back to his childhood. He characterized his decision as rooted in a lifelong ambition to play for the program, describing it as a destination he could not walk away from. The staff in Columbus reassured him of his role during an official visit last month, solidifying his path toward a December signing date.
