Dan MacKinnon joins the team as the new Assistant Director of Amateur Scouting. MacKinnon brings extensive experience to the role, having spent the last decade with the New Jersey Devils where he helped build a highly regarded prospect pool. His background includes previous stints with the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Nashville Predators, providing a veteran perspective to the scouting department.
Janik Beichler takes on the role of European Amateur Scout. Beichler moves to the Wild after serving as the Director of European Scouting at Elite Prospects and holding scouting positions with the Spokane Chiefs and FCHockey. His experience in international markets is expected to sharpen the team's reach in overseas player identification.
Elizabeth Hudson has been named Executive Assistant to the President and General Manager. Hudson previously managed team operations for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and brings a strong administrative background to the Saint Paul office. Finally, former player Alex Goligoski transitions into a new role as Player Development Coach. After a 17-season NHL career, including three years on the ice with the Wild, Goligoski will focus on working with the organization's defensemen to support their professional growth.
