KMT Technologies Ltd., a subsidiary of Matrix Group, will act as the exclusive representative and distributor for Anyon Systems as of August 31, 2026. This move connects Anyon’s vertically integrated quantum technology stack—covering processors, cryogenic systems, and software—with Matrix Group’s established presence in high-performance computing. The partnership targets international markets where governments and large enterprises seek to incorporate quantum accelerators into their existing data center infrastructure.

Alireza Najafi-Yazdi, founder and CEO of Anyon Systems, views the quantum computer not as a standalone machine but as a specialized accelerator within a heterogeneous computing environment. The intent is to place these systems alongside existing CPUs and GPUs to bridge the gap between classical research and operational deployment. The organizations are responding to a specific demand for sovereign systems that function within current HPC and AI frameworks.

Deployment Strategy and Technical Integration

Anyon Systems already maintains a track record with its MonarQ system, currently integrated into the high-performance computing ecosystem at Calcul Québec. Building on this, the company is developing a 72-qubit processor and has set sights on systems exceeding 100 physical qubits. The partnership aims to scale these deployment capabilities globally by providing the necessary on-premises infrastructure for research institutions and commercial clients.

Operational support forms a core component of this agreement. Anyon will provide training and certification to KMT personnel to ensure a high level of engineering consistency across global sites. Yossi Vardi, Chief Business Officer at Anyon Systems, states that clients prioritize strategic integration and local support for quantum assets. The agreement moves beyond standard distribution to focus on long-term management of quantum hardware within client facilities.

Bridging Classical and Quantum Infrastructure

Anyon’s fourth-generation control electronics use Remote Direct Memory Access connectivity to link directly to GPU hardware. This design choice reduces latency and increases bandwidth between classical and quantum computing layers. Moshe Azar, CEO of KMT Technologies, notes that the integration of quantum processing with existing high-performance networks remains the primary challenge in the field today. The KMT team sees this venture as a continuation of their established work in maintaining computing infrastructure for knowledge-intensive organizations.
