Huawei to unveil new smartwatches and color variants this month
Huawei is preparing for an online launch event scheduled for later this month. Reports indicate the company will focus on new smartwatches and fresh color variants for existing hardware rather than flagship smartphone releases. This move aims to strengthen its position in the budget-friendly and mid-range market segments.
The upcoming lineup includes the Watch GT 7 series and the Watch D3, which features specialized blood-monitoring capabilities. A co-branded Watch 6 model is also reportedly in development. These additions signal an effort to refresh the wearable category before the late summer period.
Beyond wearables, observers anticipate potential updates to the tablet and audio product lines. New color schemes for the FreeClip earbuds are expected, along with possible iterations of the MatePad series. While the company has yet to release an official calendar for July, industry signals point toward a busy end to the month.
This schedule follows recent hardware releases, including the global rollout of the Pura 90s series and updates to the MatePad lineup in China. By focusing on iterative upgrades, the brand maintains activity across its product ecosystem without overwhelming its flagship development cycle.
