Derry Township police have charged 47-year-old John Kramer of Harrisburg following an investigation into child sexual abuse material. Law enforcement officials stated that Kramer possessed and viewed graphic videos depicting children between the ages of one and thirteen.
During questioning by authorities, the suspect admitted to the activity on his mobile device. The evidence uncovered during the investigation led to immediate charges of child sexual abuse and possession of illicit material.
Kramer was taken into custody on July 30. He is currently held in the Dauphin County prison on a $25,000 bond. The case remains under the jurisdiction of the local police department as they continue processing the evidence gathered from the suspect's devices.
