In a separate development, violence intensified on the ground within Ukraine. A Russian missile strike hit a village in the Kharkiv region, resulting in at least 10 deaths and leaving 17 others wounded. Local authorities confirmed the attack destroyed residential homes, a cafe, and a post office. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the military will provide a response to the destruction caused by these missiles.
International reactions remain focused on the duration of the conflict. Despite the high frequency of strikes, both sides continue to trade long-range fire.
