[Event] Ethical Boundaries in Employment Mediation
Miles Mediation & Arbitration is hosting an in-person seminar regarding ethical standards in employment mediation on August 14, 2026, in Atlanta. Legal professionals are invited to attend this session to review current strategies for case resolution and mediation management.
The event begins at 10:00 a.m. at the firm's Perimeter Center office. Attendees will participate in sessions covering the practical application of ethics in mediation, how to prepare clients for the process, and techniques for using brackets during negotiations. The agenda includes a presentation by Tanya Tate titled Do You Really Want Your Case to Settle at Mediation? followed by a panel discussion.
The panel features attorneys from firms including Lee Meier Burke, HKM Employment Attorneys, Fisher Phillips, and Parker Poe. Steve Dunn will serve as the moderator for the discussion on ethical preparation methods. This program is currently pending approval for two hours of Continuing Legal Education credit, which includes two ethics hours.
