Kanye West is scheduled to perform two shows at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg this October. The venue confirmed the dates of October 10 and 11 on Telegram, marking a notable stop for the artist in Russia.

This announcement arrives after several planned European tour dates faced cancellations or delays. Previous shows in nations like Italy, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom did not move forward, largely due to public backlash surrounding his past antisemitic statements and the display of offensive imagery. West later issued an apology in early 2026, attributing his conduct to bipolar disorder and a brain injury.

Despite the friction in parts of Europe, West continues to draw large crowds in other regions. A recent performance at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul attracted approximately 118,000 attendees. Russian state-owned media, TASS, reported that the initial block of tickets for the St. Petersburg concerts sold out within an hour of the official announcement.

West currently maintains a significant reach on streaming platforms with over 69 million monthly listeners. His business dealings have shifted considerably since 2022, following the termination of his partnership with Adidas. While he was once a billionaire, his net worth estimate decreased following that split. The upcoming Russian performances represent a major move for an American artist in the country since the conflict in Ukraine began in 2022.
