This current form marks a significant turnaround for the 30-year-old, who earlier this year faced a ranking drop outside the top 100 following a loss in the Wimbledon qualifying stages.

Her preference for clay courts remains evident. Sherif has now secured one WTA 250 title and nine WTA 125 titles on the surface. These recent victories have moved her ranking back into the top 60, granting her direct entry into the upcoming US Open. Her current momentum is visible at the Hamburg Open, where she has already advanced to the quarter-finals.
