Official renders of the upcoming Google Pixel Watch 5 have leaked just ahead of the official August 12 launch event. These images provide a clear view of the new device and confirm that Google is sticking to its established design language for this generation. The watch maintains the familiar circular domed display, rotating crown, and proprietary band attachment system seen in previous models.
The leaked images reveal four distinct color finishes for the wearable. Consumers will be able to choose from Dark Anthracite, Natural Silver, Pyrite, and Warm Gold. While the Warm Gold option appears to feature a lighter band, the other three colors keep a uniform aesthetic with matching straps.
Google plans to release the Pixel Watch 5 in both 41 mm and 45 mm sizes. Both sizes will offer options for either Wi-Fi or LTE connectivity. Pricing details remain unofficial for now, though early reports suggest the entry-level 41 mm Wi-Fi model may start at $399.
Under the hood, hardware details point to the inclusion of 3 GB of RAM paired with the Qualcomm SW5100 platform. The device is expected to support modern standards like Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and ultra-wideband technology. There are also indications that the watch will include satellite emergency capabilities, adding a new layer of functionality for users.
All details will be confirmed during the Made by Google event in mid-August. The device will debut alongside the new Pixel 11 smartphone series, marking a major update for the company's hardware lineup.
