The restaurant draws its primary inspiration from the atmosphere of George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch. Guests can expect a menu featuring classic American fare, including items like Lobster Corn Dogs and the Skywalker Ranch Wagyu Burger. Pastas and various salads will also be available for those looking for lighter options.
Designed by the Rockwell Group, the interior focuses on a midcentury aesthetic with cherry wood finishes and organic curves. A large, sculptural bar stands at the center of the space, serving as the main anchor for the room. The restaurant offers scenic views of Los Angeles, providing a backdrop for both museum visitors and local residents.
A key feature of this new space is that it operates independently of museum hours. It remains open after the galleries close, functioning as a nighttime spot for diners across the city. Tracey Bates, the museum's CEO, notes that the grill serves as a space for people to connect over food and conversation.
