Additionally, the brothers cite a lack of transparency regarding a bank account they discovered that was omitted from earlier reports. They are requesting that the court appoint a private professional or forensic accountant to conduct an oversight of the estate's finances and management moving forward.

The family expressed frustration over third-party agreements, including a documentary project, which they claim were executed without their input. The petition notes the emotional weight of seeing the late actor's likeness used in projects without family consent. Representatives for Ledward have not provided a statement.
