Thrash metal legends Anthrax are offering fans a raw look at their life on the road. The band released a new video for their track Everybody's Got A Plan, which is the third single from their upcoming album Cursum Perficio. The LP arrives September 18 through Megaforce in the US and Nuclear Blast in Europe.
Drummer Charlie Benante noted the video captures the band on and off stage, mirroring the high energy of the song. The title comes from a famous quote about having a plan until you get punched in the face. Guitarist Scott Ian emphasized that the project is about showing the reality of their touring lifestyle and keeping things authentic for their audience.
This release follows previous singles It's For The Kids and The Edge Of Perfection. The upcoming record marks the group's first full-length studio release in more than a decade. Beyond the music, the band remains active with the production of a new graphic novel titled NOT: The Illustrated Oral History Of Anthrax, slated for release early next year.
Anthrax is currently scheduled for several live dates this autumn. Fans can view the new video now and pre-order an exclusive white vinyl variant of the new album via the official store.
