"Another exciting step as we continue to grow his licensing program around the world." Universal Studios launch two Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness haunted houses
Universal Studios is bringing the Prince of Darkness to life with two new haunted house attractions. Starting this fall, Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will feature immersive exhibits themed around the career of Ozzy Osbourne.
These attractions draw from four decades of his music and imagery. According to the production team, the houses aim to honor his solo career and the surreal worlds often associated with his stage presence. The project serves as a key piece of the ongoing licensing program managing his estate and legacy.
Sharon and Jack Osbourne stated that these houses offer fans a fresh way to engage with his artistic history. While a promotional video features a voiceover that sounds like the singer, the exact technical implementation of the audio remains a point of discussion among his fan base.
The haunted houses open on August 28 in Orlando and September 3 in Hollywood. Both locations will host these attractions until November 1. This collaboration marks a significant update in how major entertainment brands present the legacy of iconic rock musicians to modern audiences.
