Brian Fisher Rises To President Of MediaCo.

MediaCo Holding is reshaping its senior leadership team with two major appointments aimed at accelerating long-term growth. Brian Fisher, who has served as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer since August 2025, is the new President of the organization. In this role, Fisher takes charge of daily operations and execution for the broadcaster and digital media firm.

Roberto Castro, who joined the company three months ago as Senior VP and Corporate Controller, steps into the roles of Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Treasurer. Castro will oversee the finance organization while the company searches for a permanent CFO. These changes follow a period of activity for the New York-based firm, which manages assets ranging from radio stations like Hot 97 and WBLS to the EstrellaTV television network.

CEO Albert Rodriguez will remain in his position to focus on corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and shareholder value. Rodriguez and Castro both share a history from their time at Spanish Broadcasting System. Fisher brings experience from previous roles at companies including Estrella Media, Disney, and Tribune.

MediaCo currently reaches a monthly audience of more than 20 million people across its radio, television, and digital platforms. The executive changes are part of a broader move to align the internal structure of the business with its expansion goals. Both the board and the executive team cited the current momentum of their brand portfolio as a driver for these shifts in oversight.
