Qualifying orders for 2026 Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IRP
NASCAR teams head to Indianapolis this weekend for a split-squad schedule. The Cup Series and O’Reilly Auto Parts Series compete at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, while the Craftsman Truck Series sets up at the nearby Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
Cup Series qualifying takes place Saturday at 1:30 p.m. ET. Casey Mears sits at the top of the qualifying order, followed by Daniel Dye and Corey Heim. This group faces the challenge of the historic oval track as teams work to secure their positions for the main event.
In the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, Joey Gase holds the top spot for Saturday’s noon ET qualifying session. Dawson Cram and JJ Yeley round out the top three as the field prepares for their own turn on the Indianapolis pavement.
Finally, the Craftsman Truck Series hits the track on Friday. Jonathan Shafer leads the qualifying order for the 4:05 p.m. ET session at the Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Justin Carroll and Cassten Everidge follow closely behind in the order as the truck field looks to manage the tight layout of the track.
