NASCAR has announced a new multiyear partnership with Timberland PRO. The deal names Timberland PRO as the official protective footwear and safety toe partner of the racing organization. This collaboration focuses on the workers behind the scenes who ensure race weekends happen, from track operations and safety crews to mechanics and facility staff.
The partnership highlights the shared values of grit and performance between the two organizations. By providing high-quality work boots, such as the Direct Attach 6-Inch and Boondock models, Timberland PRO will support the people responsible for the maintenance and operations of NASCAR events. The initiative aims to recognize the skilled professionals who work in demanding environments, whether at a race track or in a manufacturing shop.
Beginning August 3, the campaign titled First Turn, Last Lap, Repeat will feature integrated content and at-track activations. NASCAR plans to use this relationship to shine a spotlight on the dedication of these workers while also engaging with technical education communities and trade development programs. Both companies view this as a way to support the workforce that powers motorsports.
Beyond just equipment, the deal opens doors for potential co-branded product development. Designers from Timberland PRO may work with NASCAR teams to create specialized safety footwear. This alliance serves as a platform to honor those who contribute to the success of the sport through their trade skills and commitment to excellence.
