Cousins gets nod over Fernando Mendoza to open Raiders camp

The Las Vegas Raiders have established their quarterback hierarchy as training camp opens this week. Head coach Klint Kubiak announced that veteran Kirk Cousins will serve as the starting quarterback to begin camp.
