The Buffalo Sabres are changing how fans watch games during the 2026-27 season. DAZN will become the exclusive direct-to-consumer streaming home for MSG Networks. This shift means that subscribers within the broadcast territory will access live Sabres games alongside 24/7 feeds of MSG and MSG Sportsnet.

Beyond Buffalo hockey, this agreement includes coverage for the New York Knicks, the Brooklyn Nets, and the New York Yankees through the YES Network. The platform will host live broadcasts, on-demand content, and game highlights. DAZN also plans to offer interactive elements such as fan chats and polls to round out the viewing experience.

Users of the existing Gotham Sports App will maintain access to MSG and YES Network content while the transition to DAZN takes place. Further details regarding pricing and the migration schedule are expected at a later date.

Fans who currently watch through cable providers or Fubo will see no changes to their access. Out-of-market viewers will continue to watch games via ESPN+ as they have in previous seasons. The move represents a move toward centralized streaming for regional sports networks in the New York market.
