The Odyssey Box Office Collection: Christopher Nolan’s film collects Rs. 55 crore in Week 2, grosses Rs 159.50 crore in 14 days
Christopher Nolan’s latest film, The Odyssey, continues its steady performance at the Indian box office. The movie added Rs 55.25 crore in its second week, bringing its total 14-day gross to Rs 159.50 crore.
The film experienced a 33 percent drop on Thursday, primarily due to the debut of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Despite this new competition, the production maintains a firm hold with audiences and is currently tracking toward a potential Rs 200 crore lifetime gross in India.
Nolan’s brand as a filmmaker remains a major driver for this success. In a market where this specific genre has not traditionally seen massive returns, the film has carved out a dedicated audience base. The performance mirrors the trend seen with his previous releases, confirming his status as a significant draw for Indian theatergoers.
While the third week will face pressure from the arrival of the new Spider-Man installment, analysts expect the film to stay consistent. If the current trajectory continues, The Odyssey will set a new personal record for Christopher Nolan in the Indian territory.
