The Big Bang Theory universe continues to expand with the premiere of its latest spinoff, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe. Unlike previous entries that anchored themselves to the established histories of existing characters, this HBO Max project pivots toward science fiction. Kevin Sussman stars as Stuart, the comic book store owner who finds himself traveling through alternate dimensions to stop an apocalypse.
Produced by Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady, and sci-fi veteran Zak Penn, the show replaces the traditional apartment setting of the original series with a variety of rapidly changing realities.
