Frederik Andersen celebrated his recent championship victory by bringing the Stanley Cup to Legoland Billund in Denmark. The veteran goalie has a well-documented passion for Legos, often incorporating the brand's iconic characters into the designs on his goalie masks throughout his professional career. During his visit, Andersen posed for photos with the trophy alongside his family and various Lego structures. In one captured moment, he lifted the Cup over his head in front of a giant Lego figure.
The day in Billund was part of a larger celebration in Andersen's home country. Following his stop at the park, he traveled to his hometown of Herning, where hundreds of fans gathered to see the trophy. He signed autographs and took pictures with local supporters throughout the event.
This trip concludes a busy week for the goaltender. Andersen and his wife, Annalise, married in Copenhagen over the previous weekend. His professional career also remains active as he begins a new chapter with the Edmonton Oilers, having signed a one-year contract with the team on July 1.
