The Beach Boys have officially canceled their scheduled performances through September 3, 2026. This sudden hiatus includes the highly anticipated show at Meadow Brook Amphitheatre that was set for August 15. The tour has been focused on celebrating the 60th anniversary of the classic album Pet Sounds alongside the 250th anniversary of the United States. Other affected events include a performance scheduled for August 6 at Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids. The status of that show remains uncertain at this time. The group plans to resume their tour in late September with upcoming dates in West Springfield and North Myrtle Beach, followed by performances at Disney World in November.
